Complaint and Grievance Procedure
Since all of the courses offered by BehavioralHealthCE are online, ADA accommodations are available through the computer-human interface already available to the user. The font size can be adjusted by using the feature at the upper right corner of the website. Other approaches might include adjusting the font size for the visually impaired through the browser, printing the course and having someone read it to the individual for the hearing impaired, or hardware adaptations already in place for Internet use. For a hardcopy of our detailed ADA Policy please click here or request from the program admnistrator.
